Martin Langvelde from Harvard’s Nieman Journalism Lab has an interesting post about new media start-ups and where a new organization should focus its efforts. He’s responding to a reader who asked, “If you were starting a news organization, where would you put your initial efforts?”

His thoughts about going online before print remind me of turning The Tridge into a print magazine from a website. Even before we started printing, we considered The Tridge a “magazine”. Now, after nearly a year, it’s hard to think of the magazine as just a website.
